I resolve disputes between people in business together.

I am a commercial barrister and the founder of Commercial Chambers. I am based in Bristol but I have a national practice and reputation. I specialise in the resolution of disputes between persons in business together. My clients are shareholders, directors, partners, principals, commercial agents and other owners of small and medium sized enterprises. I obtain relief from or find solutions to situations involving alleged unfair prejudice (whether under section 994 Companies Act 2006 or otherwise) and I resolve claims under the Commercial Agent Regulations 1993. My recent successes include the resolution of a dispute between the family shareholders of a valuable company providing an internet portal for the sale of properties, the settlement of a dispute between the members of a large accountancy practice and the handling of a claim by a commercial agent for substantial compensation.
