    I would have a look at T-mobile or Orange. We have been with T-mobile for years and now they have merged with Orange you get the benefit of both networks.

    We have Total Fuel Cards - Only because thre is a total garage at the end of every office road. I am not in finance but from what I can tell they get a fixed rate every week regardless of the pump price. Sorry prob not much help but always find it works if that helps :-)
