I've used Zoom Search Engine before, was really impressed with it, especially the reporting which shows not only what people have been searching for and found but the searches that turned up no results. I don't think there's much of it that you can't customise and there should be a free trial...
you can help your site if you have decent site architecture and add themed pages in the correct places on your site, expanding on the list of long tail search terms you're being found for.
going in randomly adding pages here and there may help a little, but it's not as effective as adding pages...
could even be looking through recent web history in you or your clients google account if it's active, saying that, google was spidering millions of sites pretty well years ago when all you had to do to label yourself an SEO expert was stuff your sites meta tags full of keywords.
Just going off what AdwordsPro mentioned you really need the title tags sorting, ideally you could do with the location (Birmingham etc) on each venue page being pulled into the title tag and then add a few more keywords as standard into the mix so for example the page titles would read...
