That warm fuzzy feeling...

Anytime a client says "that looks fantastic", or "that's just what I was after" always makes me feel good.
Hmmm... Red Balloon Creative? Where else have I heard of them? ;)

I remember when we had our business rebranded. I took my ideas to the graphic designer, explained what I wanted, how I would like our stuff to look, etc. He listened, went away and... threw all that out the window.

He then came back with ideas that were 100 times better than what I'd thought of. :D

Same when we had the website done.

I've given up trying to advise our graphic designer now. I just let him get on with it.

When do you get that warm fuzzy feeling that you know your business is doing well and heading in the right direction

For me it was the first time a client called - out of the blue - to thank me for getting the job done...

Kept me going all week that did - and getting the call 1st thing on a Monday morning made it a good week!:D

Its definitely when I get unsolicited feedback telling me how they have enjoyed using Hofnote, or how they have improved their aural skills, or exam results.

Just had one today saying 'You would not believe how addicted we are getting to Hofnote'

The warm fuzzy feeling is definitely when I realise people value what we give them.

But the warm jazzy feeling is when the sales figures say I can keep giving the service and there is a sustainable future!!

Getting good feedback is always nice, makes you think you are doing stuff the right way. Also, when I win contracts even though the client revealed there were cheaper offers from other companies, it makes you realise you are valued and that they are impressed with what I put on the table to them. Love the feeling of being appreciated in business!

On the other hand.Your client had one customer,now he has one more.:)

Actually, with a 200% increase he'd have two more. :p

Not from the number of calls we take for them! :)

They average 400 a month (20 calls a day, on a 5-day week)!! :eek::D
