Supanet Email

Does anyone have a Supanet email address they'd be happy to test some bits out for me on?

Having problems with none of our emails being delivered to Supanet email addresses and apparently there's no Junk/Spam folders!

Just trying to see if there is a way around the problem, but don't have a Supanet account to look into it.

TIA

You tried contacting supanet and asking for a log of a failed email?
Have you checked your outbound mail server's reputation?
Do you follow the general verification guidelines SPF, DomainKey's etc?

You can pm over your domain if you wish and do some checks.

Supanet's only form on contact on their website is an premium rate 09 number - £1 per min, and there's nothing to say they will even be able to answer my query.

Will try and get hold of them but ideally would have like to get into a Supanet account to see what sort of Spam/Junk setup they have.

Their helpline is expensive, but on the rare occasions I have had to call it, they have always been brilliant. :)

I also have a Supanet account and a spam folder - it might be worth giving them a call to see what is happening. :)
