Returns Regulations for Wholesalers

Hello,

Does anyone know if there is a selling regulation for wholesalers, where, if products need to be returned to them due to them being faulty, they should foot the return delivery costs? Similar to Distance Selling Regulation for retailers. Or are they perfectly within their rights to ask the buyer (retailer) to pay the return costs.

Many thanks!

No, there isn't, this is entirely down to your contract with the supplier.

It's very rare for distributors to pick up the bill for returns, including faulty products.
