Hi Cyndy, Laboratory goods, glassware, spatulas, some chemicals etc all B2B
I cannot see how you could ship chemicals without proper paperwork. A very small quantity of the other stuff, you may get away with, but generally you will need commercial invoices. Tariffs between the EU and Northern Ireland, I am not sure about.

When we were in the EU a commercial invoice wasn't needed for any of it. I didn't say without proper paperwork my query was whether it requires commercial invoices or of it is a much simpler process like shipping out of Eire. The reason i asked is I read something online saying that a commercial declaration from NI to EU wasn't required.

I think there is a difference between a commercial declaration and a commercial invoice. Isn't the commercial declaration for movement of good from Britain to NI, stating that they are not for export to EU?

EDIT Sorry just read that a commercial invoice was not needed for supply within the EU. Are you sure? I believe a commercial invoice was always required.

Hi Cyndy, a commercial invoice isn't required within the EU but my AI is telling me that it also isnt a requirement for NI to EU which surprised me a lot.

NI is, commercially, within the EU!

EDIT: Have you had a look here? https://invoicedataextraction.com/blog/uk-post-brexit-commercial-invoice-customs. Bear in mind it refers to the UK, which is the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. There is a bit about the Windsor framework and about NI
