Only someone licensed by the FCA can give Bankruptcy advice...
I am not operating as a company and so it doesn't apply. There are other factors that also need to apply before even a firm needs to be authorised:-

I'm just concerned about the OP reading bad advice on a forum, following it and getting into trouble which could affect his mental health. He doesn't sound like he's in a good place right now. I've been where he is, and it nearly killed me, literally.
That's not what the regulations state and wouldn't make sense if it did as it would bar even friends or the pub landlord from giving each other debt counselling advice!I'm not sure what you mean about being a firm. My understanding is it applies to individuals as well.
