Confirmation Statement

I have been trying to file a confirmation statement on line for several days. I keep getting an error message saying there is a problem with this service. Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with the service?

If you've been having issues for several days I'd suggest it isn't CH systems but something in the data of your CS01. Have you tried using a thrid party to file, or if not I'd say contact them.

I don't get as far as the CS01. I login, go to the filing page, hit the start button and get this:

Sorry, there is a problem with the service​

Try again later.


We have not saved your answers. When the service is available, you will have to start again.

Other ways to file
You can file a confirmation statement online using our WebFiling service.
You can also file a confirmation statement by post using the CS01 paper form. It costs £40 and will take longer than if you file online.


When I click the WebFiling service button i get returned to the same error page.
