Yes, it now works beautifully. EAS bill me monthly for the EU transactions below the €150 threshold. EAS were brilliant in setting my the plugin on my WordPress website and in ironing out any issues I had. There was a couple of weeks went by were we realised my current shipping broker doesn't handle DDP shipments so they ended up being handled as DDU, which upset a few customers! EAS were good in cancelling any IOSS payment to them for these consignments. Their fees are the most reasonable I have found, charging just €1.25 per consignment. They suggested I use Easyship as a courier broker. The Easyship system is very impressive plus their shipping rates with UPS are good, being another US company I guess. They use other shipping companies too, such as DPD, but UPS offer the best and cheapest service 99% of the time. I had a couple of hickies during the setup, and Easyship too were very helpful too, with both online video advice and technical assistance. I am so glad I dived in with both these companies. All is working really well, plus I am saving shipping with better rates. Hopefully, my EU customers will gain confidence now I can offer them transparent fees at the point of purchase. FYI, I ship parcels weighing 1kg to 25kg around the world, so other couriers may be better for the lighter parcels.
EAS filter just the EU transactions on my WooCommerce site, both above and below the €150 EU threshold. For purchases above the threshold, I still need to work out what to do here as it is a quarterly payment that I am responsible for, not EAS. My quarterly return is upon me and my accountants have no experience how to do this. I have collected the VAT but don't know how/where to pay it. Any advice would be most welcome?
I hope this helps.
