Local Level B2B marketing ideas?

Has anyone done targeted campaigns to reach specific areas? If so, how did you go about it? Let's take Maidstone for example, what's the best way of reaching businesses there?

It's B2B office supplies, however, I'm thinking perhaps there's an approach that would catch locals outwith their usual business context, going about their daily lives.

For example:
Leaflet drops (probably still focused on commercial if possible)
Bus shelter/train ads
Local paper
Anything local on social media?
Local radio ad
Billboard
Sponsor local event
Local business publications?

Are there any other channels I'm missing or you would recommend?

Start with a) which specific types of businesses have you identified in Maidenhead that would want to buy your office supplies b) why restrict your company to such a small geographic area c) what can you offer that is different/better than your competitors?

Why do you think people need office supplies at the moment when many haven’t returned to working in offices? @cgray25

    Thanks for the replies.

Ethical - the only reason it's restricted in geographical area was, as a small business, we have limited resources and it made sense to target. It wouldn't necessarily be limited to Maidenhead, that was just an example, hopefully I could hit a few similar towns/cities.
