Zoom Virtual Networking For Business Owners

A couple of days ago, I got to thinking that it is quite a dangerous situation we are all in, for many reasons. But from the perspective of running a business, I don't think there are many positives to the isolation and lack of interaction.

With this in mind, I am going to set up a ZOOM Speed Networking event. Potentially several depending on the numbers.

I don't see this as a traditional format of event, whereby people sell their product and services. But more of a way for business owners to interact face to face again (virtually), brainstorm ideas and discuss the challenges.

I don't think there are many positives to the isolation and lack of interaction.

I've done more strategic planning/thinking in the last few weeks than I've been able to do in the previous two years, and I think my business will benefit massively from this - so it's not all bad.

I'd urge other business owners to do the same.

We are the same. We are very fortunate that these times are driving people and business online, which makes it a very exciting time. I totally feel for those who are in the most impact areas of tourism, hospitality and high street retail.
