Vending/Reward Type of Machines

Do you need any special licenses. Looking to install machines that children put in say 20p or 30p and get a kinder egg type toy? There is no gambling involved. Is is classed as vending? Look on the HMRC site, loads on gambling machines but very little else.

You need permission from whoever has the site to have the machine installed and plugged in. And pay them rent.

I can’t be quite sure, but you would also need to check regulation regarding selling children’s toys or in general children safety. Does those machines need to have some sort of safety certification? And about safety of products for children to use or consume I would not even mention
