How to reduce dimensions/image size PNG file

I've made myself a logo to include as part of my email signature and will include it as an inline image.

I created it in Word then snipped it and saved it as a PNG (only option available).

It's about 25% too big for the email signature though and I just can't fathom out how to reduce the actual image size. Everything I've searched for just relates to reducing the file size.

Any pointers please?
