Griddle Recommendations for burgers

Hi all can anyone with experience recommend a manufacturer for griddles.

secondary would you recommend to lease equipment or buy outright

When I had a café I had a couple of Buffalo gridles. they're not an expensive make by any manner of means, but the worked daily and flawlessly for the 2 1/2 years I had em.

Those are cheap domestic grills and are not designed to put up with rigorous commercial kitchen use and are not as good at catching fat dripping and for cleaning. Also, good luck with getting replacement parts for a griddle that costs less than £50!
