Hoping to compile a list of online, and offline, sales tools for small business owners. Please share yours, thanks!

I'm going to avoid self-promotion in sharing some that I find valuable:
1) salestools.io - great for building a list of email prospects based on role, industry, etc, etc - based on LinkedIn (and other source searches)
2) iconsplace.com - for when I need some wee graphics to create some marketing/sales publications
3) emailhunter.co - when I've got a domain name and quickly need an email address for someone there
4) serplab.co.uk - more of a marketing/seo tool, but it's free/cheap and helps me keep track of keyword rankings on site, plus a few competitors too
5) mautic.com - another freemium tool that's more marketing than sales, but since I combine the two, often, thought it's worth mentioning

1. HubSpot CRM and Sales pipeline software. All free. All top notch.
2. Self developed LinkedIn scraper and Facebook scraper.
3. toofr.com for any email address not found.
4. Email/telephone (cold calling 2.0)

Agree with HubSpot CRM and telephone (we use RingCentral). We integrated the two with a CTI solution called Tenfold.com (to unify and record all customer data).

Besides those three, we also use Trello (for project management) and Buffer (for social media marketing). All of these works for us.

Many helpful suggestions have been made here. I believe that it's effective to add a live chat to your website. Many big businesses use this with success. Also small businesses should do this.

I hope that the discussion can continue to be active.

Best of luck!
