How many of your clients adopt cloud accounting?

Hi everybody,

I am an accountant in London in the e-commerce industry and am encouraging my clients to increasingly switch to cloud applications such as QuickBooks. I was wondering how many of your clients are using web based accounting applications?

If you have more than 10 clients that use web based accounting, how do you manage all the applications? Is there a way I can view all clients in a management dashboard?

Kashflow, Xero & Iris Openbooks all come with a dashboard.

Yes. Some provide you with an accountants program where you can bill your clients for the application.

If I have to review a specific account in my clients application, for example Xero, I would still have to log in manually into my clients Xero account correct?

Generally you would have a single login and then select which account you want to view.

I reviewed WorkflowMax before posting in here but it appears pretty complicated. Do you have any experience or feedback from the use of this application? does it really help and what are the issues with it?

I have non but know many accountants who use Xero and Kashflow and Clearbooks.

Google search business backbone. these guys are developing something that might fit the bill, works with most of the top accounting apps including Xero, Kashflow, Sage One.

I've used Sage One myself and it's worked fine for me. As you can see by all the replies, there's a lot to choose.
