BT Giving......What?!

I for the first time in the history of mankind had a pleasant call from BT. yes that right folks.

I have a 50/100 BT leased line.

I have just recieved a call informing me that i can have a 100/100 for the same cost.

i have had to renew my contract but still i really do struggle to say this.....erm.....th......sigh.....thank you BT

I am astounded, that is so unlike BT - I know the bandwidth costs very little and on the grape vine they have been loosing a lot of clients to VM especially to their Big Red internet service, but still that is unlike BT!

STAR do good leasedlines and metro ethernet. Maybe a look at them ( star.co.uk )

Consideirng you have JUST re-contracted you should still be able to get out of it..

Quite obvious why they did it, you are now on a new contract and they can incorporate you into their cash flow forecasts for another X months.
