free SEO

some of you may be aware that i am donating some of my bone marrow on saturday 4th september. I wont be available so apologies if your getting no response. But that means i will have some free time whilst i recouporate.
So i am going to do an offer.
I will give SEO to the first 5 people who registers to become donors
Thats free seo.
http://www.nhsbt.nhs.uk/bonemarrow/
My donation is helping a boy who turned 11 on the 2nd of september. With my help this wont be his last birthday. You could help others in the same situation

I know this should be in the offers action but could you let it slide mods

Hi Ali

Well done that man. The process has got a lot less pain involved these days so you should be fine:)

I have had it extracted from my chest and hip on several occasions and they had to pin me down with some large nurses:eek:

Afraid I cannot donate it as mine does not do what it is supposed to do in a good enough manner to be of use to anyone

First things first. Thank all for support and comments.
before anyone gets the wrong impression it wasn't a conveyor belt hospital service, I just wanted to die in my own bed *Ali looks for sympathy* :p I left as soon as i was okayed by Doc.
It is as adventurelife said.

The test is much much worse than the actual process now.
The five daily injection are nothing more than an inconvenience (especially when sue gives them to you :p;) think i'm in love or it was the mophine they would give :( ).
Then its just like giving blood but slightly more aggravating because of stupid buzzing machine. If you know anyone who has been on dialysis they will tell you (i think same thing).
left leg sore but I will live and so will my new mate Jamil. Very brave lad. Soon to have a new Mohawk hair do like mine.
Hope he soon gets better now.
Also kudos to "Psycho" nurse Judy for cheering me up through the whole thing.

ali, will you optimise my site as below details.

website: www.lets-beat-google-at-its-own-game.is-this-domain-short-enough-or-shall-i-add-this-bit-in-too.name
keyword: google

I think this should keep you busy while you recover.

By the way mate, I truly think your a great guy for doing something like your doing! It takes guts, something i don't have enough of, as i'm nearly crying when i even go to the dentist, and that's just for a check-up! Good on you mate!

Anyway, i want to see that site on page 1, within the top 3 results, or im gonna write bad reviews about you, and ask for money back, and by the way, i still have to buy the domain, so there is no site yet, ha ha ha.

oh, so you donated stem cells via peripheral blood apheresis (different to dialysis) and not bone marrow at all then?

still well done mind, :) nevertheless.

The test is to confirm the marrow is correct, and the injections make you produce an over abundance of the stuff they need.
They stuck needles in my inner leg (groin area) and then right side. Then pain literally minimal compared to test. But you do feel sick after and cold.
You also got to avoid getting ill.

I wasnt knocking it mate, its a very selfless thing you did.

The injections are a form of growth factor that causes the bone marrow to overproduce stem cells and push them out into the normal circulation (as you say). The machine your connected to is an apheresis machine that is designed to specifically take what it wants (the blood stem cells produced above) and replaces the other bits back into your body like your platelets and red blood cells so you dont bleed too much or get anaemic from the procedure. Whilst the stem cells are derived from the marrow, an actual marrow donation is different.

.... sorry, il shut up. I have a masters in science.

Glad you are feeling spritely again anyway + your way braver than me.

Do you know you are one of the first who knew what i was talking about. Everyone else thought i was nuts. People were telling me they were lying to me and it was like the test (Which does really hurt). One guy lent me seen pounds with will smith. I am thinking of doing some charity stuff so they can get more of those machines. Think about how many people would do it i they knew how easy it were

I would have done it regardless and have agreed to donate again. But yeah I now look pale and i have to be a bit careful about what I eat.

By the way I have two degree one master of science (electronic engineering) and a bachelor of arts (performing arts) and Btec national in business and finance. I am a learn freak (look read and remember)

Off page optimization is totally free. Its strength lies in simplifying the methods used to get your site ranked on the first page of search engines. It's a mistake to dismiss this suite of programs as just a different SEO system that promises all and does nothing.

Just a quick update on Jamil. He is doing great now and has left Birmingham childrens hospital. I would like to say thanks for everyones support and i do believe a few people signed up..I also am aware of a someone who was erring and umming about the whole process and I have ALIV8td lol his worries and will be going through the process next week... My prayers will be with you and it is a really great feeling you will get from it.

Remember the process is no longer drawn out and as painful as they say (except for initial test that hurts like a b****) and you could save someone's life.
