I cannot praise this man enough. His company has restored my faith in hosting and customer service.
We have a lot of clients with different types of sites all requiring individual needs. We were having a nightmare with 1n1 and their customer support was awful. After all the praise on here for Carl I contacted him and asked for a quote (also about 100 other things as well).
Not only did he come back immediately with a really competitive quote but he has been there every step of the way. His customer services is simply fantastic (and being an ex-mystery shopper I know what I am talking about) - although I do have my doubts that the man ever sleeps. I expect to be up all night working but I was shocked that my questions to him were answered so quickly and at such a late hour.
I just wanted to pass on my thanks to him but to also highly recommend him to anyone on here.
