Hi Antonia

I am new to this forum and have found a link to your email saying that you could help. I am curretly the sole director of a company which is not doing very well finacially and to be honest if we do not receive the payments expected pretty soon we will be bankrupt by next month; I was thinking about resigning for a while but I am afraid that being the only director with another 3 shareholders (none of them is willing to be director) and the company not doing so well, would make it impossible . I am also worried about the legal aspect if it goes to liquidation (meaning even after I step down, I will still be held responsible for the bankrupcy)

I have just found this - I didn't know there was such a thing as a visitor message!!

I would love a quote from you in regards to T&C's for a registered/mailing address. I have contacted the HMRC and am allowed to offer this service whilst I wait for my application to be processed so I really want to get on with this.

In regards to employeeadviceline.co.uk I did speak to Rachel and she is registering with the Ministry of Justoce. She is waiting for her application to go through the process which is why she is offering the service for free right now! She was getting so many responces she has had to turn off the Google Adwords so that is a good sign. I have passed on your details and she plans to contact you once registered.
