The day to day development is sorted, the sales side of things is fully under control and I no longer have to worry about support.
What we are lacking though is someone who is more of a techie all-rounder to take care of the mixed bag of technical stuff that comes with running a SaaS company. The responsibilities are really very diverse: ad-hoc SQL queries, server maintenance, internal IT support, customer support, shouting at our VOIP provider when the phones stop working, ordering hardware, managing our internal file and mail server, etc.
