Hi,

My name is Emma Thorpe and I run Zest4 for my boss Robert. and manage a small team of 6 people. Our clients range from professional service providers such as surveyors and law firms through to sole traders who want to target new customers.

As well as web sites, telesales and marketing advice we can help you strategically place your business in the market. So if you need to make an impact, access advertising in your local press and plan your marketing to improve your business we are there for you. We offer a transparent pricing structure and do not tie you into long contracts for work to be carried out.

We have helped lots of start ups with small scale telesales, promotional flyer designs and logos and branding. My own background is in market research and I am always very keen to see how small businesses approach this area, it really is core to any successful business.

Our approach is to ask you some difficult questions about your business in the hope that in the answering of them you cover all the obstacles you will get when selling. Once this is over then you can move on to target those customers and get the best possible return on your marketing investment.

I look forward to any questions you may have on this exiting area of business.

Hi Emma,

I was checking on your web-site, the range of services you offer. I wanted to know the prices for the Database purchase, since
you mentioned it in your Telesales campaign service. Another question I have is regarding the units. Is it £175 for 50 units?

Many thanks

Hi

The data bases vary in price according to type of business and geographic location but as a rule if you buy in small quantities ie 100 or under then expect to pay between 18p - 32p per entry which includes name, address, fax and telephone number.

The £175 does cover 50 calls or you can get the 100 for £325. You can source your own database, buy it off us or contact exisiting clients of yours with the calls. Its all a matter of what you want.

We recommend warming up the leads first by contact via post or email providing you have permission first and really looking into your market for prospective clients. We can help you with that also.
