Yell.com- are you listed?

Thanks but you didn't tell me what you had to offer did you? What were you waiting for credit card details? If you are looking for business on here then maybe it's best if you gave an idea or some suggestions about what you can actually do for people and didnt slight potential clients based on their performance

You will notice that I have no contact details on this site. I gave my opinion on the thread and also gave information about what I do to substantiate my claims. I am not actively seeking clients on this forum. I have, however, given several people on here a great deal of advice, and have also used the services of several members on here. My main reason for being here is for research purposes. I have no interest in your credit card details, or in having you as a client. I actually have a waiting list for my services and pick and choose my clients as I wish. The benefit of exceptional marketing strategy serves me well.:p:)

I also have no intention of argueing on the forum. I give a lot of information on the forum and give specific advice to several people via PM free of charge. Forgive me for not giving huge amounts of information to everyone who asks.:)

I did do a free listing in yell previously but only recieved a handful of calls because my ad was always on the 8-10th page which was annoying. I now have a different approach to it by having a proper ad so hopefully that will generate more interest. Previous to that I have only tried ads in local shop windows which was a failure. I know I can stick to more traditional methods like flyers and local papers but I don't want all of the running around involved considering that a 100 leaflet drop may only generate 1 or 2 calls. I'm not sure what else I can do to be honest apart from putting cards in local supermarkets, salons, gyms and bridal shops etc.

Try advertising in hotels.
