Yahoo Mail - Auto-suggestions for emails

My Yahoo Mail has stopped auto-suggesting one email address and of course it's one of the ones I use the most.

I've tried the instructions on the Yahoo help by typing the whole address in manually and then sending the email (which "should" make it appear again in the auto-suggestions), but that hasn't worked.

All the other email addresses I use all come up as I type so I don't understand why I cannot get this one showing again.

Any ideas?

As I said in my original post, the instructions on the Yahoo help for restoring an address doesn't work.
