WordPress customisation

I need someone to:

- Choose a theme (with my input)
- Integrate a plugin that allows blog posts to be filtered by custom field/ taxonomy
- Develop a custom home page layout for the filter controls; a bit like a basic price comparison site

Would anyone like to discuss and quote for this?
I'm looking for a UK service provider.
No hosting or WP setup required.
