Will Distributors Pay Upfront

To raise start up capital will distributors pay upfront for the right discount on a unique product (monopoly) ?

Or would it be more of a case of invoice finance, would love to hear from some serious marketing team regarding these options as we look to explore all avenues in moving forward with the companies plans
