What is the best pay per click website?

Google Ads aren't really doing it for me. I never bother clicking google ads myself and they turn me off sometimes. Are there any other good ppc websites?

Hi there - we find MSN gives great conversion rates albeit on a smaller scale - Yahoo is the only other one worth bothering with in my opinion.
