What does it take to get a reply from Sift?

I have not received an invoice for full membership. I have PM'ed a mod (not really his problem) and I have of course sent an email to the support address. Twice.

The result - F**k all!

Get a bloody grip of yourselves - do your job!

I was going to splash out and pay for full membership. I didn't want to use PayPal, so tried to contact Sift to ask about an alternative payment method. I couldn't get a reply so thought ''balls to them''. If it's that hard to give them money, I wont bother.

Come on Sift - we have now got an open post in our books, £6 VAT that we can't reclaim and Mrs. Millie Tooley doesn't like it!

When I suggested that she just makes one up, she got really shirty and said in icy tones that would strike fear in the heart of any man "That is not how I run my books!"
