We can certainly help you with these.

Will you be writing the script and allow our creativity to do the rest or will you need the full service? Either way, a story board must be agreed after the research and brainstorming stage. The props and voiceovers can be managed on a limited budget. Studio use is necessary to get the best results with the audio but again, it doesn't have to cost the Earth.

Once you have a video, you can promote your business everywhere with it across all the social networking sites.

Please email or PM more details about your idea even if you are not in a position to progress with the project.

Thanks

It's more the lighting, cam stand, sound proof environment and setup for the shoot. Then it's the editing. Apply sound and voiceover to the video. Gel it together. Job done :) Looks harder than it sounds hehe...

This is more of a creative video so costing should be competitive.

I like this kind of videos.
Do you think it is possible to do it at home? Roughly speaking how expensive would it be made by professionals?

You could do it at home but it would take a long time and unless you had decent lighting and a good camera, you might not be very happy with the results.

Although that example that British Steve pointed looks at first as though it has been dashed off in a hurry, when you think about the storyboarding, scripting, even things like drawing, colouring and cutting out of the graphical elements like the covered wagon and the rockets - it all takes a long time and hence money.

I would be very surprised if this was less than £1000.

Hello!

A couple of members have commented correctly when saying that these styles of video look and sound easier than they actually are. One of the biggest elements is the editing and you want to work with someone or a company that knows their stuff, at the end of the day this video will be representing your company so it should be of the highest quality you can afford.

I work for a digital media agency and video production, is of course, one of our specialities! I cant add a URL here for you but feel free to Google the Fink Agency for some examples of work...

If you need any advice on the matter feel free to ask!

Hi Steve
We are two brothers who have just gone freelance/setting up our own agency.
We both worked for e3media one of the top ten design agencies in the UK.
At the moment are looking to produce a few portfolio pieces.

We specialize in after effects 3d graphics and film.

If you email me I can show you some of our work that we did with our old company.

Like the video, the voice over is quite commercial radio, if you dont mind me saying.

One suggestion would be to place it on higher on the home page i took me a while to find it. This video really answers most question you would have about your service, so it would break down alot of buying barriers without having to read too much to begin with and would probably lead to more stickiness on the site.

Yes the video is good, not keen on the zooming logo but its short.
Mazzy is right, people are lazy and will click a video link rather than look through a site.
By clicking the video link they have opted in to watching, and will normally watch around 90 seconds of video before they decide if what they are watching is relevant (funny/interesting) to them.
Its a lot better than static web pages, where they have to understand you navigation then navigate to the right page, read the right section of text that hopefully is relevant to them.
