For what it's worth, I have a customer who asked me to rebuild and host his website that was hosted and created using Webeden. The old site itself was basic and I believe was Flash based layers although don't quote me on that. ;)

To be honest I didn't go into it deeply but the impression I got of the setup was of a typical low-cost system which the customer had quickly outgrown.

He also expressed disappointment with the support response times, which tends to support my impression.

Hope this helps.

Any website you build using a template based system "in minutes" is always going to be very limited. Aside from the actual design being quite limited, you may also have limitations with some very important factors such as meta data, alt tags, ownership tags and more complex code such as schema.org.

If you want to grow, evolve and improve a website visually and technically, these off-the-shelf builders are only going to take you so far.

Do you have problems with your customers?

If I phoned up and someone said "Good morning, makeusawebsite,..." I would be like "erm, I was hoping you would make me a website"

This said, I like your portfolio, some nice professional designs there.
