Webby Types with Experience of Chat/IM solutions

Im interested in having a chat with any web developers who have experience of building chat rooms and Instant Messaging solutions into web sites.

Just at the idea stage of something at the minute and need to talk to someone about possibilities & costs.

Im probably not explaining myself very well, but what I am after is really neither a conventional chat room nor an IM system. Basically I'd need an online room holding up to say 100 people and then a system which pairs everybody off into individual rooms for a short period of time (say 5 mins) before everyone rotates - a bit like speed-dating online (although its not what Im doing).
