Web template 2 pages Required

Morning,

I need a web template designed and I think I have about all the graphic buttons and template image (s) required so it is a matter of setting up the page- so it looks right - as I can add all the content required.

The reason for the second page is so I may introduce some graphics in a pre-set template if needed.

I need this done quickly by a reliable person.

This IS NOT designing a web site, it is creating a one or two page template either visually or in html. I can then add content, and save it as the intended page.
