Web host with support in UK but servers in USA?

Can anybody recommend web hosts which offer shared hosting based in the USA but with support in this country? As well as the usual gizmos, must offer telephone support, have been in business for at least two years and be extremely reliable.

We have servers in the US as well as the UK,

we don't offer telephone support (we have 24/7 staffed helpdesk)
We find the helpdesk alot better than phone support as it enables us and the client to keep a record of everything, + it is alot easier to type in a URL than to say it over the phone

TDM do have a ticket based helpdesk as well I should point out as well as direct mobile access to on call op (24h) and also the owner of the company.
