Company I work for produces a pay as you go assessment tool for when recruiting Call centre staff. Originally designed for a Fire Service 999 Control Room it has been rolled out to other scenarios.
There are environments set up for Housing defect logging, IT Helpdesk, Insurance claims and Banking transactions. Specifically it measures applicants ability to listen to callers, pull out the pertinent information and swiftly and accurately input that into a system
We are after companies willing to try it out so we can get some feedback - we will give you £250 of credit (which is 10 standard assessments) and want your thoughts on improvements etc. Basically if you have a contact centre or are recruiting telephone based staff this is aimed at you
