Virtual mobile numbers for remote business

I run a remote business with no physical premises. Our staff visit people at home (by appointment). Staff communicate with customers directly. I've tried giving them all mobiles but the end up using their personal numbers. I want a solution that gives each user a mobile app to use that is a second, work, mobile number that they can give to customers. They need to be able to text and call. It seems this is not common as the big suppliers don't do it (they do it with landline numbers, and some without SMS, but none with both mobile and SMS). I have found Thumbtel's Another number which does the trick but lacks any call usage reporting and the ability to have working hours/DND.

I also found Devyce which does it but it's £12.00+vat per user which is to much for me (they only need 100 mins and 25 SMS per month).

Does anyone know of any other providers or services that would do this for under £10 per user?

I use Vonage
You can make the app send the calls to the old fashioned phones on the office that connect to the wall
or you can divert the calls to your mobile telephone
Furthermore if you ring out from the app you use the office number and this can be done with wifi technology's meaning that you don't use any mobile minutes The person on the other end of the line only sees your office number

The App does loads of other stuff that I dont understand and I got a front tooth knocked out so I dont use the video call button
