viewed postings counter are x2 ?

Why is it that everytime you read a post it is seen as 2 views?

I find this a bit misleading when you have to half all views on this site.

Try it last night and every view is x2 not 1

I've noticed this on my own forum, too. As soon as I post a new thread, it immediately registers 2 views. Weird.

It will count 1 view after you post if it sends you back to your message, but 2 I dont know. Doesn't happen to me !

Well I just posted a new message in the Tenders section and after posting viewed the forum and saw my post had no views. I then viewed it and then went back to the forum and it had 1 view.
Is this the same thing you guys are mentioning?
