So what is the actual end point of this transaction...

I pull out £10 from my business bank account to buy amazon gift card which I then load up on an amazon account "B" to purchase a product from myself on my seller account "A". The product is not actually sent out.

I do this so I can then leave a positive VERIFIED REVIEW on my product listing.

I am VAT registered

In this transaction I will incur amazons commission (15% ex vat) on the £10 so will receive £8.50 (£8.20 if amazon VAT included)

Can I sell my product to myself as a zero rated supply?

If not and I sell it to myself at standard rate then... on the £10 I spend from account "B" into account "A" £1.66 (10/6) will be output VAT so from £10 I will loose (£1.66 output vat + £1.50 commission)

Or the £1.66 output VAT that is charged on the order to account "B" can I claim that back since it is a sale to myself

Account "B" is any account which I use to make the order from. Friends, family, neighbors etc

What do you lot think can I class the sale as a zero rated "sale"?

Since really it is just me spending 15% to be able to leave a review.... a "promotional expense"

Any advise?
