Would it be possible to have VAT invoices issued as a matter of course rather than them having to request them each time?
    Please ... and thank you.

    Good afternoon

    Happy Friday!

If your payments are processed by Stripe, you will automatically receive an email with the invoice attached a few moments after each payment.

If your payments are processed via PayPal you can freely download a VAT invoice from within your PayPal account Unfortunately, PayPal doesn't give us the ability to automatically email the invoices.

Outside of that, I'm afraid that the only other course of action is to email our teams.

"Outside of that, I'm afraid that the only other course of action is to email our teams."

That was my request. Hard work isn't it?
In my message, I advised that if you're using Stripe you already get the email and if you're using PayPal you can get the invoice yourself without needing to reach out to us.

Hence you don't need to contact us to get the invoice, but if you don't want to do either of those two things then the only other course of action is to contact our teams.

    As I advised:
"Unfortunately, PayPal doesn't give us the ability to automatically email the invoices."

So, no, I'm afraid that if you're using PayPal we cannot comply with your request due to technical limitations within their system, not ours.

    Hello Ethan

It was taken via my credit card via PayPal. But I have no invoice appearing on the account.
You were able to provide a tax invoice for the previous year presumably taken in the same way.
The requirement to raise tax invoices is yours not your payment provider's.
If you would be good enough to give me the "teams" contact email I will contact them to save you the request.

    Thank you,

    Dave
