I work for an big online shop selling fashion stuff to other countries.
So we cooperate with many world famous express companies like UPS, Fedex, DHL ,EMS and also some regional and small one like Aramex special Express, DPEX, Hongkong air mail and China register mail.
Totally 8 kinds of express for customers to choose. My boss think it is very good and people can choose whatever they want?
But i don't think so. I think when they look at so many ones, customers will get confused and don't know which one to choose. Not to mention the complicated shipping fee price system. So i suggest to cut some one and leave only 2 or 3 one.
who is right about this? me or my boss?
