Help needed please ...
...4 years ago a company took me to court and a judgement was awarded against me ( debt £6000 ) ,the court ordered i pay back £30 per month
...today a have received a letter from the land registry to say the company has applied to enter a unilateral notice on my property
...the property is worth about £120k and i owe the bank ,who have a charge on the building ,£30k
..is this anything to worry about ?
..my payments are up to date and i wont be selling the property
