UKBF - Is content meant only for businesses?

I joined UKBF not long ago and I couldn't help noticing some users here asking questions that have little to do with running a business.

For example, I have seen a few people who are employees asking employee-type stuff ("will I get fired", "time mgt. working from home", "sick pay" etc.). In some cases some of these users have a clear pattern of wasting other people's time (I do not say this lightly, but this is not my first community experience).

So on one hand I see helpful people answering these employee-type questions, which goes to the goodwill of the community. On the other hand, reading UKBF mission
UK Business Forums (UKBF) is where UK-based small business owners/directors, sole traders/self-employed and entrepreneurs come for business-related advice.

it seems to me that these employee-type questions are misplaced and should be perhaps redirected elsewhere.

I undestand that the forum has recently gone through a change of management, so I don't know whether my question is about legacy behaviour, whether my understanding is incorrect or something else?

Just trying to get a sense of policy about content.

Thanks

P.S. The title refers to non off-topic areas.

"UK Business Forums (UKBF) is where UK-based small business owners/directors, sole traders/self-employed and entrepreneurs come for business-related advice. It’s a safe and supportive community where questions can be asked, and answers/help/advice/similar experiences can be shared."

HR questions are almost always business related and often a good lesson in how to deal with difficult situations.

Every employee has an employer and an employee's questions can give good insight for employers, or potential employers. They are, therefore of use to many businesses.

I don't need to add anything other than to thank @GraemeL @Newchodge and @Mr D for their answers. Exactly as they said, it helps you be a better manager if you understand the challenges employees raise about others employers.
