UK/USA Contracting

If I have a corporation in the USA and enter into a contract with a UK-based corporation, do I lose a lot of my legal rights in the event the UK company (who is much larger) decides to not meet their financial payment obligations?

I have asked them to set up contracts with a domestic (USA) address. I believe this is the more safe approach.
