I have a Ltd company that I've been running for the past few years, but I'm relocating abroad within Europe. Now my personal tax will be in my country of residence, and I'd like to cut my accounting bill - currently around £1500pa
Is there any reason I need to have an accountant/ bookkeeper at all? I'd like to keep my UK company running.
Going by the HMRC site, I will only have to file annual accounts and tax return. Is there anything else I need to be aware of? Could I just pay a company to do this once the time comes?
Thanks
