Trying to choose a new payment processor

Hi all

We are currently trying to decide on a new payment processor for our card payments.

On our site, we currently use paypal, nochex, google checkout and payoffline, but are having some abandoned carts and the feedback we have received it that its around customer not being sure about our credit and debit card processor ... not being sure of who they are, or of being transferred to another website to make payment.

So, we are looking at addressing this by changing or adding to our payment processors to give customers more reassurance.

Obviously the costs involved do matter, but our first consideration here is the customers perception of the payment processors we are using.

We are considering either Sage Pay, or RBS worldpay and wondered if anyone has any advise or experiences of either or both, and any thoughts on them or comments about the services they offer?

We have been reading through the forum, and there are some older threads where both of these payment processors are mentioned, but we would prefer if possible to get current up to date views and information as things can change quite rapidly can't they

Any advice or information would be appreciated

Sage Pay if OK. We use it with Streamline with FSB discount. Much cheaper than Worldpay I believe.
