Time in IE

I know this is pretty insignificant and I probably have way too much time on my hands, but why is the forum an hour ahead (in terms of the timings given on posts) if I look at it in IE? :| Is it just me?

(P.S. I'll address any 'why the hell are you using IE?' questions now....I normally use FF! )

Its not just IE, its all the browsers except FF. (yes I did check all the other browsers, sad I know, but force of habit)
