I have been in established 6 years and business has been on a steady upward curve for quite some time, so I have a vision to expand but have just come across a slight hurdle...
Terms and conditions - Gas & Heating business - for late payments, standard invoice T&C's, complaints procedures and so on.. So basically, who writes these terms and conditions? Admittedly I am not good at this legal stuff.
Looking at my current software for invoicing and quotes etc and noticed I have left myself quite vulnerable if things ever went pear shaped with a bad client in terms of payment or some sort of dispute, and surely I should have some terms and conditions in place by now, especially as things get busier - is this something people pay to have professionally underwritten?
Many thanks for any replies,
Paul
