G'day,
I currently live in Sydney Aus and work for a local residential property development firm. I'm considering moving to the UK to start my own company doing the same sort of thing.
I've been trying to research how things are done differently in the UK but seem to come up short when it comes to the tendering process. Is there anyone that can shed some light on this. In particular:
a) if I am a development firm where would I advertise my recent project for tender;
b) what are the main documents I would require before I would put the project up for tender;
c) what would I expect in return;
d) what health and safety documentation do I need to ensure the contractor has;
e) then maybe a bit unrelated, what hand over documents could I expect upon completion?
Any insight into this would amazing!
