Tenancy Agreement

Hello,

I require a new tenancy agreement to be drawn up due to the original agreement having being drawn up for two people. One tenant has left, the other original tenant is staying, another person has moved in. I can't seem to see how to access a tenancy agreement in my account under the standard forms.
Should I contact a solicitor or try to find a way to fix it myself?
Could anyone advise, please?

Not sure I understand the "my account" bit what account would this be and if you cannot get access to it can you not speak to those who operate it ?
