We are undergoing a structural change in our company and are in need of a well established, reliable telephone call answering service who can take calls when our main lines are busy, or when we are in meetings so that we can then divert calls to the live answering service, messages can be taken in our absence and emailed to a group email where an available member of staff will action it. Inititially the amount of calls would be minimal, but as things get busy you will need to cope with the demand and take messages, or divert calls to available staff working from home or remotely. Companies that can also be proactive as part of our business by dealing with queries, such as redirecting people to various parts of our website or log support calls on our website, would be advantageous.

Please drop us a PM with your website and contact details and we'll get in touch. Thanks.

sorry this is late but I've only just joined.

take a look at our website (I've just realised I can't post a link here!).

The company is called MyRuby. Search in google and it should come up in the organic listing. We are a .co.uk so you might be able to work it out.

we have a few online companies where we have to log cases into their management system as well as take/screen and filter callers.

We offer a free week trial and there is an online video which explains exactly how the service works.

You can use the contact form on the site or call use to get in touch. There is an 0800 number on the site.
